This invitation is addressed to the SPECIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICE OF THE ‘COMPETITIVENESS’ PROGRAMME for the submission of proposals for projects (operations) in the framework of the ‘Competitiveness’ Programme and the ERDF and ESF+ funds.
This action concerns supporting the operation of the SMS of the ‘Competitiveness’ Programme so that it can perform its competences and duties. By way of example:
– Provision of services and support for preparing, selecting, evaluating, managing, monitoring and auditing projects
– Improvement and upgrading of technological equipment, electronic systems and software, provision of services for upgrading administration systems and information systems, support of management mechanisms in order to improve the effectiveness and quality of implementation, data processing and management
– Actions concerning the closing and successful completion of projects of the 2014–2020 programming period
– Training of staff members of the SMS and bodies involved in the implementation of the Programme, IMBs, beneficiaries, social and economic partners, by organising or participating in seminars, conferences, international and other meetings, workshops, networks, forums, etc.
– Support of the operation of the Monitoring Committee, and reinforcement of the institutional capabilities and management capacity of the economic and social partners, beneficiaries and programming and implementation bodies.
This is a horizontal programme with a total budget (public expenditure) of €3,500,000 (shared between the two (2) Programme Priorities concerning Technical Assistance).
