This Call is addressed to the HELLENIC DEVELOPMENT BANK SA for the submission of proposals for projects (operations), in order to be included in and funded by the ‘Competitiveness’ Programme and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
In accordance with the relevant expertise, the Action concerns the establishment of the Entrepreneurship Fund III in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and in particular SMEs by improving access to funding, since an efficient risk finance market for SMEs is crucial for enterprises to be able to access the necessary funding at each stage of their development.
