This Call of Expression of Interest addresses financial institutions (hereinafter referred to as ‘Financial Institution’ or ‘FI’) that operate in Greece, for their participation in the ‘TEPIX III Loan Fund’ (hereinafter ‘Loan Fund’) with HDB as the administrator.
The Loan Fund is a Risk-Sharing financial instrument which is implemented within the framework of the ‘Entrepreneurship Fund III’ Fund Portfolio. The Fund Portfolio Fund was set up to support and develop the business activity of small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter ‘SMEs’), as well as small, middle capitalisation enterprises (hereinafter ‘Small mid-caps’) and middle capitalisation enterprises (hereinafter ‘Mid-caps’) to strengthen access to sources of financing.
