This Call of Expression of Interest addresses financial institutions (hereinafter referred to as ‘Financial Institution’ or ‘FI’) that operate in Greece, to enter the partnership aimed at providing guaranteed loans via the Guarantee Fund known as the ‘TEPIX III Guarantee Fund III’ (hereinafter ‘Guarantee Fund’ or ‘Fund’) of the Hellenic Development Bank SA. (Hereinafter ‘HDB’).
The Guarantee Fund is a financial engineering instrument, which constitutes a financial instrument of the Fund Portfolio known as ‘Entrepreneurship Fund III’ and operates as an independent funding unit, within HDB, which also serves as the administrator of the Fund Portfolio. The purpose of the Guarantee Fund is to support Greek small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter ‘SMEs’) by providing loans (special purpose working capital, special purpose revolving credit working capital and investment purpose loans) on favourable terms.
