This call is addressed to the SPECIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICE OF THE ‘COMPETITIVENESS’ PROGRAMME for the submission of proposals for projects (operations) for inclusion and financing in the framework of the ‘Competitiveness’ Programme of the ‘ERDF’ & ‘ESF+’ Funds and Actions ‘TB5.2 – Support of the Operation of EFEPAE’, ‘TB6.2 – Support of the Operation of EFEPAE’.
The Action aims at the effective, sound and transparent management of state-aid projects under the ‘Competitiveness’ Programme being implemented by enterprises, particularly SMEs, through a centrally administrated nationwide structure of an Intermediary Body. Under Article 13(3) of Law 4914/2022, the Intermediary Body of Operational Programmes for Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship (EFEPAE) may be designated as an Intermediary Body and perform specific duties concerning the management of state-aid projects under the ‘Competitiveness’ Programme, under the oversight and responsibility of the Managing Authority, on the basis of state aid notices issued on the basis of Article 47 of Law 4914/2022 and in accordance with the decisions concerning assignments thereto.
The Action includes: Coverage of operational costs of EFEPAE, coverage of operational costs of EFEPAE for the closing of state-aid projects of the 2014–2020 programming period. This is a horizontal programme and its budget is shared between the two (2) Programme Priorities concerning Technical Assistance.
