This Call is addressed to the SPECIAL AUTHORITY FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INDUSTRY, COMMERCE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION SECTORS (SAMI ICCP) for the submission of project proposals (operations), in order to be included in and funded in the framework of the ‘Competitiveness’ Programme and the ‘ESF+’ Fund.

This call concerns the inclusion of an operation in the Competitiveness programme 2021-2027 which, for management reasons is being withdrawn from the EPAnEK 2014-2020 it had been included in, in accordance with the Action Plan and meets the eligibility criteria of the new Programming Period 2021-2027.

This Action concerns the training and certification of 4,000 employees of all sectors of the economy in project management, aiming at:
• The development of a critical mass of human resources, certified project managers in a wide range of targeted sectors.
• The development of efficient executives in the cutting-edge sectors of the economy, in order to achieve business goals and understand and adapt to changes and developments.
• The effective management of private sector projects by strengthening competitiveness and extroversion of enterprises, while ensuring the effectiveness of various actions.

The main objective of the action is to encourage operational practices for the development and improvement of the enterprises’ human resources aiming at strengthening their extroversion and economic prospects while maintaining and creating new job openings, improving the safety, remuneration and professional development of their employees.
