Interventions in this context will support the human capital of entrepreneurship (including self-employment) through the development of micro- and small enterprises, with priority given to innovative business ideas, with the ultimate goal of creating sustainable jobs. The goal is also to support enterprises and employees in their shift to the new conditions of the era through employee skill-enhancement interventions that will contribute to the adaptation of enterprises. In particular, development of employee skills will support enterprises’ targeting of new markets and improvement of work and production organisation in growth-oriented and high value-added sectors. Initiatives and tools that can be used by enterprises seeking direction on innovation development, technology, human resources development and information strategy issues will also be activated.
