The ‘Green Transition of SMEs’ Package of Actions promotes investment projects aimed at the utilisation and development of modern technologies, the upgrading of products and/or services and their activities, by subsidising actions that utilise modern technologies, infrastructure, and best practices in energy upgrading and circular economy.
Total Package Budget: €700,000,000
The ‘Green Transition of SMEs’ Package of Actions is co-funded by the EU’s European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and national funds. For reasons of greater complementarity, financing is achieved using the Joint Support (Article 25 Regulation (EU) 2021/1060) for the financing of interventions that fall within the scope of ESF+ aid.
Financing applications are submitted exclusively using electronic means via the Integrated State Aid Information System (OPSKE)

The Package of Actions is divided into two Actions:

4th amendment to the Invitation for the Action “Green Transition for SMEs”

The fourth (4th) amendment to the Invitation for the Action “Green Transition” of the ‘Competitiveness’ Programme has been announced; according to the amendment, the completion timeframe of the physical and financial scope of each investment plan is set at thirty (30) months from the date of issue of the Decision Approving Evaluation Results.

The fourth (4th) amendment to the Invitation for the Action “Green Productive Investment for SMEs” of the Programme “Competitiveness 2021-2027” has been published; according to the amendment, the completion timeframe of the funded investments is set at thirty (30) months from the date of issue of the Decision Approving Evaluation Results. The amendment also made changes to Section 10.4 of the Invitation, “APPEAL PROCESS”.
