This Call is addressed to the HELLENIC DEVELOPMENT BANK SA for the submission of proposals for projects (operations), in order to be included in and funded by the ‘Competitiveness’ Programme and the European Social Fund (ESF+).
The Action, according to the relevant specialisation, concerns the establishment of the Microfinance Fund in order to grant low-interest loans of €3000 to €25,000 to existing micro-enterprises and self-employed people who want to implement their business idea. The Fund’s contribution to Microfinance Institutions will be 60% in general entrepreneurship and 75% in female entrepreneurship. The loans will be granted without real securities.
