Digital Transformation of SMEs’ Package

The ‘Digital Transformation of SMEs’ Package aims at addressing Greek enterprises’ delay in adopting and incorporating modern digital technologies in their production

Total Package Budget: 300.000.000 €.

The ‘Digital Transformation of SMEs’ Package is being co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union and national funds. For reasons of greater complementarity, Action 1 ‘Basic Digital Transformation of SMEs’ is being funded through use of Joint Support (Article 25 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060) for the funding of interventions falling within the scope of aid under the ESF+.

Submission opening date:  23/02/2023 at 12:00 until 22.03.2024 at 15:00

Financing applications are submitted exclusively using electronic means via the Integrated State Aid Information System (OPSKE)

 

 

The Package consists of the three following Actions:

Action 1 ‘Basic Digital Transformation of SMEs’: αThe priority of Action 1 ‘Basic Digital Transformation of SMEs’ is to cover the basic needs of SMEs using modern information and communication technologies (ICT). As a priority, the Action encourages the implementation of targeted investment plans involving basic digital transformation that contribute towards the extroverted, innovative and competitive production of goods or services of higher added value.

Minimum/maximum subsidised budget €18,000 to €30,000

Action 2 ‘Advanced Digital Transformation of SMEs’ The priority of Action 2 ‘Advanced Digital Transformation of SMEs’ is the upgrading of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of Medium Digital Maturity by utilising advanced systems and technologies through which they can improve their position in international markets, enhance their operational flexibility, improve their production and upgrade their competitiveness.

Minimum/maximum subsidised budget €50,000 up to €650,000

Action 3 ‘Cutting-edge Digital Transformation of SMEs’: The priority of Action 3 ‘Cutting-edge Digital Transformation of SMEs’ is the upgrading of SMEs using cutting-edge technologies or advanced digital systems of the 4th Industrial Revolution and, on a supplementary basis, the meeting of needs in terms of information and communication technologies (ICT) expanding their productivity and competitiveness. As a priority, the Action encourages the implementation of targeted investment plans involving digital transformation that contribute towards the extroverted, innovative, competitive and sustainable critical production of goods and services of higher added value.

4th amendment to the Invitation for the Action “Advanced Digital Transformation for SMEs”

4th amendment to the Invitation for the Action “Advanced Digital Transformation for SMEs”

The fourth (4th) amendment to the Invitation for the Action “Advanced Digital Transformation for SMEs” of the “Competitiveness 2021-2027” Programme has been announced; according to the amendment, the completion timeframe of the physical and financial scope is set at 21 months from the date of issue of the Decision Approving Evaluation Results. The amendment also made changes to section 9.4 of the Invitation, APPEAL PROCESS.

5th amendment to the invitation for submission of applications for funding under the Action “Cutting-Edge Digital Transformation for SMEs”

The fifth (5th) amendment to the Invitation for submission of applications for funding under the Action “Cutting-Edge Digital Transformation for SMEs” of the ‘Competitiveness’ Programme NSRF 2021-2027 has been announced; according to the amendment, the completion timeframe of the physical and financial scope of the object is set at twenty-four (24) months from the date of issue of the Decision Approving Evaluation Results. The amendment also made changes to section 9.4 of the Invitation, APPEAL PROCESS.
