Following the recent requirements of the NSRF 2021-2027 Management and Control System, the 2nd amendment to the Invitation for the Action “Green Transition” of the “Competitiveness 2021-2027” Programme was published. According to the new invitation, the maximum duration for completion of the physical and financial scope of the investment plan may not exceed twenty-four (24) months from the date of issue of the Decision Approving Evaluation Results.

The amendment to the Invitation concerns, among other things, changes to the appeal process. Interested parties may submit an administrative appeal, exclusively via the iSAMIS, within seven (7) business days from the day following notification of the final evaluation findings according to the Decision Approving Evaluation Results.
