The key objective is to support the adaptation of enterprises to new challenges in defence and security policy and the development of skills for both employees and self-employed entrepreneurs. More specifically, enterprises active in the production of products and the provision of services that can be utilized for defence purposes will need to be supported through actions that develop knowledge within the enterprise, focusing on the development of knowledge and skills among their employees.

The supported actions will concern the business plans of SMEs and Large enterprises, which will focus on specially designed training programmes for the development of employee skills in order to support business activities related to new defence and security policies.
