This call is addressed to the categories of potential beneficiaries: Legal Persons governed by Public Law (NPDD), nationwide scientific bodies operating as NPDD which have statutory capacity as advisers to the State in matters associated with entrepreneurship and the business environment within the framework of the call for submission of proposals (actions), for inclusion and funding under the ‘Competitiveness’ Programme of the ESF+ and Action 4.4.4-05 – Strengthening scientific bodies to support businesses and professionals
The objective of the action is for scientific bodies acting as advisers to the State to develop services to support enterprises and professionals via interventions aimed at optimising work organisation and service production, strengthen the skills of professionals in scientific fields and strengthen their ability to make better use of opportunities, including those created by artificial intelligence applications. More specifically, the goal is to effectively address the needs that arise through technological changes as well as the digital and green transitions, which offer a new dynamic for the economy and open up additional opportunities for employment while at the same time leading to a new situation and novel demands in the labour market, notably demand for new knowledge and modern skills.
