The Decision approving the results of evaluation of objections and 1st amendment to the decision approving the results of evaluation of applications to finance research projects under Intervention III: “Utilisation of research results” in the context of the Action entitled “Research – Innovation 2021-2027” / “Competitiveness” Programme. According to the Decision, a total of 36 applications for financing were approved for Intervention III with a total subsidised budget of €26,675,835.13 and public expenditure of €15,407,518.84.

More specifically, of a total of fifty (50) objections, all of which were submitted in relation to rejected applications for financing, two (2) objections were accepted, five (5) were partially accepted and forty-three (43) were rejected. The two (2) accepted objections are approved for financing. Of the five (5) partially accepted objections, one (1) was approved for financing and four (4) remained rejected.

In total, one hundred and thirteen (113) applications for financing were submitted and evaluated for Intervention III using the first-in-first-out principle, based on the date and time of final online submission to iSAMIS and the available resources, with a total requested budget of €87,779,453.63 and total requested public expenditure of €49,307,968.79.

Seventy-seven (77) applications for financing with a total budget of €61,103,618.50 are rejected due to failure to meet the conditions laid down in the Call.

The cost eligibility starting date is the date of submission of the application for financing.
