In order to improve the quality of planning and implementation of the Competitiveness Programme, evaluations are carried out as specified in Article 44 of the Common Provisions Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2021/1060) of the European Parliament and of the Council. In addition, a Programme Evaluation Plan is prepared which is approved by the Monitoring Committee; this is a strategic document that accompanies the Programme throughout its entire lifecycle, including all evaluations which are expected to be prepared.
