The third (3rd) Amendment to the invitation for submission of applications for funding under the Action “Cutting-Edge Digital Transformation for SMEs” of the ‘Competitiveness’ Programme NSRF 2021-2027 has been published; according to the amendment, regulation EU 1407/2013 (De Minimis) is replaced at all points in which it is mentioned in the Invitation and the Annexes thereof by Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/2831 of 13 December 2023, which shall enter into force on 01/01/2024.
