The 2nd amendment to the Invitation for submission of applications for funding under the Action of Strategic Importance “Research – Innovate 2021-2027” of the ‘Competitiveness’ Programme (NSRF 2021 – 2027) has been published; according to the amendment, potential beneficiary enterprises must, at the time of disbursement of the aid, be either duly seated or have a branch office in the Greek territory in which the aid is localised, according to the Application for Funding.

The primary aim of the Action is the connection of research and innovation with entrepreneurship, to strengthen the competitiveness, productivity and extroversion of Greek enterprises in international markets and transition to innovative entrepreneurship, increasing domestic added value.
The budget for the Action amounts to €300,000,000
The Action is co-funded by the EU European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
Beneficiaries of the Action:
- a) Enterprises and Other entities treated as enterprises.
- b) Research organisations and Other entities treated as research organisations.
The Action will be implemented by the Special Research and Innovation Action Management and Implementation Service (EYDE EK).
