1st Circular on the planning of the new Partnership Agreement for the NSRF 2021-2027 Development Framework

In the context of the national development plan for 2021-2027, the Ministry of Economy and Development issued the 1st Circular for the launch of the official dialogue on the planning of the 2021-2027 programming period in the context of the new Partnership Agreement for the Development Framework – NSRF 2021-27 and its Programmes.

The first Circular, which was drawn up by the Ministry’s Special Service for Strategy, Planning and Evaluation, is addressed to the Planning Bodies of the Ministries and the Regions and to the Socio-economic partners. The objective is for each body to contribute, within its remit and scope, in the formulation of the national policy’s guidelines, on the basis of the economy, the country’s broader development environment and European policies.

The Circular presents an overview of the amount of funds and of the European regulatory framework as it stands to date based on the progress of the negotiations, taking into account during its drafting that a number of issues were and continue to be in progress on the European and national level.

The policy bodies and the socio-economic partners will provide their input, relating to their scope, in the context of a structured questionnaire. Through this questionnaire, the policy bodies responsible at national and regional level are invited to make their strategy recommendations and state their priorities based on their areas of competence.

These proposals will serve as key input for the preparation of the national policy targets for the 2021-2027 period and the “Partnership Agreement for the Development Framework – NSRF” of 2021-2027.
