The 1st amendment to the Call for Action ‘Cutting-edge Digital Transformation of SMEs’ of the ‘Competitiveness 2021-2027’ Programme has been published. The amendment of the Call, among other changes, adds Business Activity Codes (KADs):
- 66.1/Activities auxiliary to financial services, except insurance and pension funding,
- 66.2/Activities auxiliary to insurance and pension funds,
- 66.3/Fund management activities, 93.29.19.08 “Services for the organisation of outdoor tourist leisure activities”.
These amendments concern both the Table of KADs eligible under Reg. 1407/2013 (De minimis) scheme and the Table of KADs eligible under the status of Reg. EU 651/2014 (GER). Furthermore, in the table of KADs, those eligible under the status of Reg. EU 651/2014 (GER), KADs 61.10.43 “Broadband internet access services over wired networks” and 61.20.42 “Broadband internet access services over wireless networks” are deleted.
Additionally, the legal form of “Cooperative” is added to eligible forms of enterprises. The amendment also includes changes to the terms and conditions for participation of beneficiaries in the action, eligible expenditure, the procedure for online submission of applications, etc.
