According to the new invitation, the maximum duration for completion of the physical and financial scope of the investment plan may not exceed <strong><u>twenty-four (24) months from the date of issue of the Decision Approving Evaluation Results.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The amendment to the Invitation concerns, among other things, changes to the appeal process.
