According to the new invitation, the maximum duration for completion of the physical and financial scope of the investment plan may not exceed eighteen (18) months from the date of issue of the Decision Approving Evaluation Results.<\/p>\n<p>The amendment to the Invitation concerns, among other things, changes to the appeal process.
