The action concerns aid for investment plans of SMEs that are new or in the process of being established (except those with activity code numbers in retail, catering and industry), which will invest own resources in their respective sectors and create new jobs.<\/p>\n
Online submission start date: Monday, 18\/12\/2023 <\/strong>at 15:00 Minimum\/maximum subsidised budget for investment plans<\/strong>: \u20ac30,000 <\/strong>to \u20ac400,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n .<\/p>\n Action Budget: <\/strong>\u20ac190,000,000 <\/p>\n Subsidy rate<\/strong><\/p>\n The percentage of the funding<\/strong> is equal for all applications for funding and amounts to 45% of the funded budget.<\/p>\n The subsidy rate may increase by:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Beneficiaries<\/strong><\/p>\n Under formation and newly-established micro, small and medium-sized enterprises<\/strong>, which will be or are active in the Call\u2019s eligible ACN [activity code numbers] (Annex \u0399\u0399 ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES \u2013 ACN).<\/p>\n Category A. In the process of being established. <\/strong>Enterprises that will be established from the issue date of the Action\u2019s Call until the first disbursement of the subsidy and will be exclusively<\/strong> active in eligible ACNs throughout the implementation of the investment plan and until the investment is repaid.<\/p>\n Category B. Newly Established. <\/strong>The term \u2018newly established\u2019 signifies enterprises that have not exceeded a 12-month period of continuous operation (the date of registration with the IAPR must be within the previous 12-month period from the date of announcement of the Action). It is noted that said enterprises must be active exclusively<\/strong> in the eligible ACN(s) of the Action at the time of submission of their application for funding, throughout the term of implementation of the investment plan, and until full repayment of the investment.<\/p>\n It is clarified that the enterprises must have the investment ACN prior to the first disbursement.<\/p>\n Beneficiaries should, inter alia, meet the following eligibility criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n It is noted that at the time of the submission of the funding application, evidence that ensures private participation in the order of at least 60%<\/strong> of the proposed investment will need to be provided<\/p>\n Where enterprises are active in one of the sectors excluded from the scope of Reg. EU 2831\/2023 and are also active in other sectors or have other activities of the same Regulation, then Regulation EU 2831\/2023 applies to those other sectors or activities, provided that the enterprise concerned ensures, by relying on appropriate means, such as separation of activities or separation of accounts, that the activities in the excluded sectors do not benefit from the de minimis aid.<\/p>\n The beneficiaries\u2019 conditions for participation are presented in detail in the Action\u2019s Call.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Eligible Expenses<\/strong><\/p>\n In order to form the budget of the investment plans to be funded, the basic cost categories include:<\/p>\n Additionally, costs are subsidised for: The cost eligibility starting date shall be the date of the Action\u2019s call<\/strong><\/p>\n The deadline for the completion of the funded investments is twenty-four (24) months from the date of issue of the evaluation results\u2019 decision of approval.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Application submission procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n The funding application must be submitted online via the\u00a0Integrated State Aid Management Information System<\/strong>.
