This invitation is addressed to the SPECIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICE OF THE \u2018COMPETITIVENESS\u2019 PROGRAMME for the submission of proposals for projects (operations) in the framework of the \u2018Competitiveness\u2019 Programme and the ERDF and ESF+ funds.<\/p>\n

This action concerns supporting the operation of the SMS of the \u2018Competitiveness\u2019 Programme so that it can perform its competences and duties. By way of example:
\n\u2013\u00a0 Provision of services and support for preparing, selecting, evaluating, managing, monitoring and auditing projects
\n\u2013\u00a0 Improvement and upgrading of technological equipment, electronic systems and software, provision of services for upgrading administration systems and information systems, support of management mechanisms in order to improve the effectiveness and quality of implementation, data processing and management
\n\u2013\u00a0 Actions concerning the closing and successful completion of projects of the 2014\u20132020 programming period
\n\u2013\u00a0 Training of staff members of the SMS and bodies involved in the implementation of the Programme, IMBs, beneficiaries, social and economic partners, by organising or participating in seminars, conferences, international and other meetings, workshops, networks, forums, etc.
\n\u2013\u00a0 Support of the operation of the Monitoring Committee, and reinforcement of the institutional capabilities and management capacity of the economic and social partners, beneficiaries and programming and implementation bodies.<\/p>\n

This is a horizontal programme with a total budget (public expenditure) of \u20ac3,500,000 (shared between the two (2) Programme Priorities concerning Technical Assistance).<\/p>\n
