Funds.<\/p>\n<p>The Action concerns a comprehensive intervention for the acquisition and strengthening of the skills of employees in technical professions, combining needs diagnosis activities (professional counselling) with graded training and professional certification of technical skills.<\/p>\n<p>The Action is fully aligned with the National Industry Strategy, Smart Specialisation (RIS) and the National Skills Strategy, with an emphasis on linking training with labour market needs in the manufacturing, construction, logistics and RES sectors, while also contributing to the EU climate change goals.<\/p>\n<p>Indicative professions \/ specialisations covered:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engineers &amp; technicians (environment, energy, electricians, automation)<\/li>\n<li>Construction workers, plumbers, insulators, electrical technicians\/installers<\/li>\n<li>Renewable energy technicians, HVAC installers<\/li>\n<li>Machinery operators, forklift drivers<\/li>\n<li>Lift, vehicle, equipment maintenance crews<\/li>\n<li>Aluminium and metal constructors, furniture makers<\/li>\n<li>Green technology experts, wind turbine technicians<\/li>\n<li>Categories in high demand according to Cedefop,
