{"id":11087,"date":"2023-10-11T16:39:45","date_gmt":"2023-10-11T13:39:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/21-27.antagonistikotita.gr\/?p=11087"},"modified":"2025-12-09T13:32:13","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T10:32:13","slug":"aid-for-the-establishment-and-operation-of-new-small-and-medium-sized-tourism-enterprises","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/21-27.antagonistikotita.gr\/en\/aid-for-the-establishment-and-operation-of-new-small-and-medium-sized-tourism-enterprises\/","title":{"rendered":"Pre-publication of the Action &#8220;Aid for the Establishment and Operation of New Small and Medium-Sized Tourism Enterprises&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4750 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/21-27.antagonistikotita.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IDRISITOYRISMO-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Action concerns the strengthening of tourism entrepreneurship through the creation of new micro-, small, and medium enterprises of selected tourism ACNos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Budget:\u00a0\u20ac160,000,000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Action is co-funded by the EU European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and national funds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligible Enterprises \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enterprises <strong>under-establishment<\/strong> and <strong>newly established micro-, small, and medium enterprises<\/strong> expected to be active in the <strong>tourism sector, <\/strong>as they are defined in Commission Recommendation 2003\/361\/EC.<\/p>\n<p>The term \u2018newly established\u2019 signifies enterprises that have not exceeded a 12-month period of continuous operation as of the date of announcement of the action.<\/p>\n<p>The eligible Activity Code Numbers (ACNos) shall be determined in the Detailed Invitation of the Action.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Investment Plans and Funding Rates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each investment plan may receive from <strong>\u20ac80,000<\/strong> to <strong>\u20ac400,000<\/strong> in funding.<\/p>\n<p>The overall funding <strong>will amount to 45%<\/strong> of submitted expenses.<\/p>\n<p>The percentage of the funding may be increased by (a) 10% if the investment is made in a remote or fire-prone or earthquake-prone or flood-prone area or on small islands; or (b) an additional 5% by achieving the employment target of at least 0.2 ALU (Annual Labour Units), in the first year after the completion of the investment.<\/p>\n<p>The maximum duration of the completion of the physical and financial object of the investment plan cannot under any circumstances exceed 24 months.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Basic Participation Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Potential beneficiary enterprises:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must invest exclusively in one Region of Greece. Plans to be implemented in the Regional Unit of Mykonos and the Regional Unit of Thira, the Municipality of Thira, with the exception of the Municipal Community of Thirassia, are excluded.<\/li>\n<li>Must be active exclusively in eligible ACNos, as defined in the Detailed Invitation expected to be issued, throughout the implementation of their investment plan. Startups must only be active in eligible ACNos of the Action.<\/li>\n<li>Must provide accurate details and location data regarding where the investment on a specific property (land, building or other kind of secluded area) will be implemented.<\/li>\n<li>Must have an approved building permit or, at least, a submitted application for it to be issued in cases of construction and completion of buildings from the date on which electronic submission commences, as set out in the call.<\/li>\n<li>Must submit a Land Use Certificate for the above investment location.<\/li>\n<li>Must submit details of their rights of use (ownership, usufruct, lease) on the property.<\/li>\n<li>Must provide evidence of their ability to cover the Private Participation at the percentage to be specified in the Detailed Invitation.<\/li>\n<li>Must meet the implementation requirements of Reg. EU 1407\/2013 (De Minimis) on which the Action is based.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If the investment concerns <strong>tourist accommodations<\/strong>, these must have the following specific capacity and meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p><strong>MAIN HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Hotels<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ranked 4**** (four star) and above<\/li>\n<li>Capacity of twelve (12) beds or more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u><br \/>\nHotel tourist accommodation within traditional buildings provided for in the Presidential Decree 33\/1979<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Organised tourist camping sites<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3*** (three stars) and above<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>NON-MAIN HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Self-service accommodation \u2013 furnished tourist accommodations<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum number of residences: Three (3)<\/p>\n<p><u>Please note:<\/u>\u00a0The total self-service accommodations \u2013 furnished tourist accommodations must belong to the same Electronic Register of Tourism Enterprises Mark.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Furnished rooms &#8211; apartments for rent<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ranking of 4 or more keys<\/li>\n<li>Minimum capacity of twelve (12) beds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All requirements for participation shall be defined in the Detailed Invitation of the Action.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Categories of Eligible Costs<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Buildings, Facilities, and Surrounding Area<\/li>\n<li>Machinery &#8211; Equipment<\/li>\n<li>Digital Equipment and Software<\/li>\n<li>Other Equipment<\/li>\n<li>First-time operating aid (start-up SMEs)<\/li>\n<li>Promotion and Extroversion Costs<\/li>\n<li>Technical Studies<\/li>\n<li>Consulting Services<\/li>\n<li>Means of Transportation<\/li>\n<li>Indirect Costs (up to 7% of eligible direct costs of the investment plan)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The eligible cost categories, as well as their ceiling, will be set out in the Detailed Invitation of the Action.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The cost eligibility starting date shall be the date of the Action\u2019s call<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submission and Evaluation of Applications for Funding<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications for funding are submitted through the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.opske.gr\/\"><strong>Integrated State Aid Management Information System (iSAMIS)<\/strong><\/a>. No printed supporting documents shall be submitted.
