(Hereinafter \u2018HDB\u2019).<\/p>\n<p>The Guarantee Fund is a financial engineering instrument, which constitutes a financial instrument of the Fund Portfolio known as \u2018Entrepreneurship Fund III\u2019 and operates as an independent funding unit, within HDB, which also serves as the administrator of the Fund Portfolio.
