{"id":10207,"date":"2024-07-30T16:17:52","date_gmt":"2024-07-30T13:17:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/21-27.antagonistikotita.gr\/?p=10207"},"modified":"2024-11-07T13:40:28","modified_gmt":"2024-11-07T10:40:28","slug":"pre-publication-of-the-action-adaptation-plans-for-smes-with-employment-capacity-of-20-50-annual-labour-units-alu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/21-27.antagonistikotita.gr\/en\/pre-publication-of-the-action-adaptation-plans-for-smes-with-employment-capacity-of-20-50-annual-labour-units-alu\/","title":{"rendered":"Pre-publication of the Action \u201cAdaptation Plans for SMEs with Employment Capacity of 20-50 Annual Labour Units (ALU)\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/21-27.antagonistikotita.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/NEA_PRODHMOSIEYSH_PROSARMOGH_MME_20-50_EME.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-8860\" src=\"https:\/\/21-27.antagonistikotita.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/NEA_PRODHMOSIEYSH_PROSARMOGH_MME_20-50_EME.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Action \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/21-27.antagonistikotita.gr\/schedia-prosarmogis-mikromesaion-epicheiriseon-dynamikotitas-20-50-eme\/\">Adaptation Plans for SMEs with Employment Capacity of 20-50 Annual Labour Units (ALU)<\/a>\u201d of the &#8216;Competitiveness&#8217; Programme has been pre-published; the action concerns support for SMEs with an employment capacity of 20-50 employees (Annual Labour Units \u2013 ALU) in developing and implementing adaptation plans to address the demands of modern organisational operation and personnel skill development, with special focus on issues of \u201cgreen\u201d management, digital modernisation, extroversion and supply chain management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Budget: \u20ac30,000,000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Action is co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and the Greek State.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligible Enterprises\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Existing<\/strong> <strong>SMEs<\/strong> with at least 20 ALU in 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project budget<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each plan may receive <strong>from \u20ac25,000 to \u20ac130,000 <\/strong>in funding.<\/p>\n<p>The funded budget for each investment plan may not exceed the highest turnover of any of the three (or less, if the enterprise has not been active for three) financial years preceding the year of submission of the application for funding. In any case, the threshold is <strong>\u20ac130,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nEligible Expenses\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Consulting services (identification of needs etc.)<br \/>\n2. Training expenses to develop employee \u201csoft\u201d skills<br \/>\n3. Training expenses (simplified cost \u2013 application of unit costs per EU reg.)<br \/>\n4. Training Certification Expenses (recognised certificates)<br \/>\n5. Payroll costs of new hires (1 Annual Labour Unit \u2013 ALU)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Business plan management costs are not eligible under the Action.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submission and Evaluation of Applications for Funding<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications for funding are submitted through the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.opske.gr\/\">Integrated State Aid Management Information System (iSAMIS)<\/a>. No printed supporting documents shall be submitted.
