The goal is also to support enterprises and employees in their shift to the new conditions of the era through employee skill-enhancement interventions that will contribute to the adaptation of enterprises. In particular, development of employee skills will support enterprises\u2019 targeting of new markets and improvement of work and production organisation in growth-oriented and high value-added sectors.
