In order to ensure compliance with the principle of public conduct and to facilitate Managing Authorities (MA), through simplified procedures, in the purchase of goods and services for the needs of implementing the Technical Assistance operations, the Managing Authorities may draw up a list of suppliers and service providers.<\/p>\n
The Special Management Service of the \u2018Competitiveness\u2019 Programme invites interested parties who meet the conditions mentioned below to submit an application for inclusion in the single list of suppliers and service providers, in accordance with the provisions of decision No 95393 \u0395\u039e 2024\/16.07.2024 (Government Gazette, Series II, No 4313) of the Alternation Minister of National Economy and Finance \u2018Regulation of issues of the technical assistance action programmes and the procedures for drawing up and maintaining lists of suppliers and providers of technical assistance action services, and specifying issues relating to the selection of contractors for the implementation of Technical Assistance actions\u2019, and particularly Articles 5, 6, 7, and 8 thereof.<\/p>\n
Applicants for inclusion in the ‘Competitiveness’ Programme MA’s list are called to submit the following:<\/p>\n
